Many of the products we sell are of a descriptive nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods..

All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of ILUVM is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa, Electron via Worldpay and PayPal .

Delivery Schedule UK Delivery of products (stock items) will normally be the same day if the order is before 12pm from clearance of payment. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and advise you of an approximate date for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 28 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods. All pre ordered items will be dispatched as soon as they come into stock and before they are re-published on the website.

All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery & packing charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout. All goods are sent in plastic bags or cellophane wrappers as dispatched from the factory.

Returns Policy All goods shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser upon delivery. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.

All goods must be inspected thoroughly upon delivery. Products that are deemed faulty or of insufficient quality can be returned for replacement/refund with in the first 7 days of receipt. ILUVM Jewellery offer a Full Money Back Guarantee to our on-line shoppers, this does not affect any statutory rights that you may have, please state all order details within the correspondence and whether you wish a full refund or replacement goods. Please inform iluvm as soon as possible if you have any faulty or goods of insufficient quality so we can thoroughly check our stock to prevent any potential issues.
All returned goods are your (the customer) responsibility until received by iluvm, therefore we recommend goods are returned by special delivery at your (the customer) cost.

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims

Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us within 7 days from delivery.
Shortages: If there are shortages within your order, you must notify us within 7 days from receipt: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.

Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless you have specifically requested the insured delivery service and we are notified within 3 days from the expected delivery date.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management and will only be processed with in the 7 day period from receipt of delivery. Goods received after this period will not be intitled to a refund no exceptions.

Returns after 7 day period.
Returns received after the 7 day receipt of delivery period will be returned to you (the customer) and will not be processed. If the goods are returned to you we will charge you again for P&P. We will not accept any returns after this time.

This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

Remittance Terms The price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit charged accordingly. Please note the remittance will appear as Protx or iluvm on your creditcard/bank statement. We do not offer credit accounts or sale and return of goods.
